George is the principal solicitor of the firm, which he founded in 2009.
George specialises in the area of personal injury litigation, representing claimants in motor vehicle accident claims, workers compensation claims and medical negligence claims.
He speaks fluent Serbian.
As of 2015, George has turned his focus to also assisting people who are victims of institutional child sexual abuse, in the wake of the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse.
George has been the solicitor on a number of high profile cases including David Naidu v ISS Security Pty Ltd (formerly known as Group 4 Securitas Pty Ltd) & News Limited Pty Ltd.
Ebony graduated the University of New England with a Bachelor of Criminology/Bachelor of Laws in 2014.
She has a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney, and was admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of NSW in October 2016.
Ebony also has a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and Certificate of Legal Business Skills from the College of Law, and is a Justice of the Peace for New South Wales.
Ebony has extensive experience in institutional child sexual abuse claims and has been the lead solicitor on such matters since 2016. She also has vast experience with motor vehicle accident claims, public liability claims, total and permanent disability claims, the Stolen Generation Reparation Scheme as well as work injury damages claims.
Claire completed her legal qualifications through Southern Cross University, graduating with a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Legal and Justice Studies. She is a Master of Dispute Resolution candidate.
Claire’s degrees cover a broad range of legal, political and social science units, reflecting a strong commitment to social justice and advocacy.
Claire brings a specialised background within forensic psychiatry and the medico legal industry to her role.
She is committed to achieving equitable outcomes for clients and acknowledges the barriers faced by individuals experiencing complex trauma.

Sarah comes to Norwest Lawyers with over 17 years’ experience in personal injury, having worked in a variety of complex areas of civil litigation, which has provided her with a uniquely comprehensive understanding of the pragmatic application of the
law. Sarah has degrees in both Law and Arts (Psychology).
Before joining Norwest Lawyers, Sarah worked as a Senior Associate in asbestos litigation for a major plaintiff’s firm, representing clients dying from asbestos related cancer. Sarah has also worked as a Senior Associate for some of the top defendant insurance law firms, representing various departments of the New South Wales government, major insurers as well as large corporate entities.
Equipped with an understanding of how defendants and insurance companies operate and with a genuine desire to help people, Sarah brings an exceptional understanding to each of her matters, promoting outcomes for her clients on the best possible terms.
Sarah’s main areas of expertise are in complex common law matters including childhood institutional abuse, dust diseases, medical negligence and public liability claims.
Sarah has a community focus and has undertaken extensive volunteer work for St Vincent de Paul and Lifeline. Sarah is a member of the Blue Knot Foundation – empowering recovery from childhood trauma.
Bianca graduated with a Bachelor of Ancient History (Honours) in 2009, and her PhD in Ancient History in 2018.
She has been with our firm since 2016, and assists the lead solicitors with motor vehicle accident claims, total and permanent disability claims as well as extensive work on institutional child sexual abuse claims.
Bianca is also a Justice of the Peace for New South Wales.
Vlatka has over 30 years of experience as a legal secretary in a number of prominent law firms in NSW.
Vlatka is also proficient in Croatian. She works Monday to Wednesday.
Manti has a varied background in business and retail.
She is the welcoming receptionist at Norwest lawyers, and speaks fluent Afrikaans.
